David is literally THE BEST OF THE BEST! His way of teaching is absolutely the best, he takes his time to answer every single question, he is genuinely a nice and patient instructor. I did his cram class and I learned a lot more in those 3 days I was in his cram class then my actual school 75hrs class. Prep agent got nothing on him! I 1000% recommend him! If I have to do it all over again I would do his school, his cram class, his practice tests. Very very worth it! THANK YOU DAVID

I took Del Priore’s CRAM CLASS class. It was SO INFORMATIVE and EXACTLY what I needed to pass the STATE test - ONE AND DONE!!It was TOTALLY worth the investment!!

I’m so happy I found this class, I wish I would have known about it sooner!! I did an in person cram course with David and it was awesome! I also really wanted to make sure I passed my test on the first try so I took the virtual cram course with Karen which was great too!! Highly recommended… Thank you

I’ve attempted to take the national exam 5 times prior to going to his two day cram course and wowwwww what a huge improvement!! He really helps you pass the exam with his test taking tips and the material he gives you! David was awesome!!! I passed my exam on the 6th attempt!

I recently took David Del Priore's Cram Course, and four days later took the state exam and passed on the first try!! David knows the material very well and he makes sure he answers all questions during class. When reviewing the course information, he explains everything. He explains the correct answers and also explains why the incorrect answers are incorrect. David also provides excellent test taking tips. I would definitely recommend this Cram Course!

Just passed my real estate exam & I have Karen Smith to thank!!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!! She broke it down for me in the simplest form!!! The private tutoring sessions with Karen was the most beneficial component of me passing my exam!!!!! She was so patient with me & has a true heart of gold!!! What I liked most is that her professional background was teaching before she became a RE instructor & I believe that’s also why she was so helpful for me to learn/grasp concepts…teaching is her specialty & clearly she is wonderful at it!! I would HIGHLY recommend Karen Smith at DPR Academy!!!!!! Thank you again so much!!!!!!!!

I'm super grateful to have found this school. The reviews are legit folks! David is awesome, Patient and really cares about your success. When you can literally hear him talking when taking your test you know he has done his job drilling the knowledge into your head. I was able to pass the school exam and the state on 1st try! What a blessing! Anyone ask me where to go...Del Priore Realty Academy is the way to go. Already sent several referrals. Thanks again to a really great school and awesome team 😊

David was so amazing as a teacher I cannot even express how much gratitude I have for him. I took the class exam with another school 6 times before I came to David, and I am happy to say the 7 is a great number. I felt prepared for his exam unlike the other class exams I took. I never felt unsure about whether or not I'll pass his final. Thank you again David and I already told my mom she's coming to your class when she is ready to get her license.

This Academy was a life saver. I took my pre license course through another program that was self paced and it was good but Del Priore topped the charts. The cram course was everything I needed. Keona Urquhart the instructor was amazing and she's so well knowledgeable in her field. She broke every aspect down in simple forms and languages giving me ways to better understand all scenarios. Things I didnt understand she broke down for me in more detail despite not attending the school, always went the extra mile and made sure we had ways to keep in touch with any questions once class was done. She kept the class light hearted and us laughing. The 3 day cram course was so full of information without being overloaded, and she made it feel as it was just a breeze. I didn't find out about this academy until I had attended another unfortunately but I was fortunate enough to attend the cram course here. It was amazing! I believe I was prepared for the exam because of this class. I highly recommend this school. David is a fabulous teacher! You will understand the concepts, he will get you there!
