I took the class with and had David as my instructor. He was informative, consistent and caring about teaching the material. I was able to take his class, pass the class exam on the first try and Pass the Georgia State Exam on the first go round. My recommendation is that you study the material prior to class,,, if you don't get something he will go over it in class or give you the opportunity to ask any and all questions. I did take the Cram Course with him and purchased all study materials they recommended. 5 Stars!

I would like to thank you Del Priore Realty Academy. I am so grateful because their Cram Course was a HUGE factor in me passing my real estate exam on the FIRST try. I was so nervous but so many questions were similar to those we had discussed in the cram course. I even felt confident in all my math questions. Mr. Del Priore was a wonderful instructor that was easy to talk to, patient, and very informative. If you are smart, you will take his cram course because it is worth every penny.

Ms. Angelia is an amazing Real Estate instructor. She takes time to explain the material and gives a variety of scenarios to ensure the information sticks! She answers questions outside of the classroom environment, and she responds quickly. Her personality is amazing and she’s very patient with the students. I couldn’t ask for a better instructor.

I am so grateful to DPR Academy and especially my teacher Angelia Kingsberry.I took the 6.5 week virtual night class and I was able to pass the class final and state exam on the first try! The school’s curriculum goes straight to the point and you learn what you need! Angelia helped us understand the material in the way it’s needed for the test!! You can really tell she wants the best for her students and was very accessible outside of class for questions. My best advice for taking the course is to pay attention, ask questions, and be active during class!

I passed my state exam on the first try!!! My instructor was Mrs. Angelia Kingsberry and i attempted the Evening 6-weeks online course. My instructor knew here stuff and made it easier for me to understand the nuance and concepts to pass both the final and state exam. I highly recommend the academy and Mrs. Angelia!!

I heard the stories of hardly anyone passes the first time taking the test, but I felt well-prepared for the test, and passed on the first attempt. Which is a direct testament to your course and the additional tutoring I received from Keona. It was money well spent.

David is literally THE BEST OF THE BEST! His way of teaching is absolutely the best, he takes his time to answer every single question, he is genuinely a nice and patient instructor. I did his cram class and I learned a lot more in those 3 days I was in his cram class then my actual school 75hrs class. Prep agent got nothing on him! I 1000% recommend him! If I have to do it all over again I would do his school, his cram class, his practice tests. Very very worth it! THANK YOU DAVID

I recently took David Del Priore's Cram Course, and four days later took the state exam and passed on the first try!! David knows the material very well and he makes sure he answers all questions during class. When reviewing the course information, he explains everything. He explains the correct answers and also explains why the incorrect answers are incorrect. David also provides excellent test taking tips. I would definitely recommend this Cram Course!
